At A Healthy Mind, we prioritize accessibility by accepting various insurance plans, including private and employee assistance plans. Insurers regularly update their coverage offerings, so we encourage you to verify your insurance coverage before your initial visit. We are licensed in GA. Out-of-Network Clients
If we do not currently accept your insurance plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. We can provide you with a “superbill” (an itemized receipt) to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm out-of-network mental health coverage, as well as any deductible or reimbursement rates that may apply.
Private Pay Clients
For those preferring to pay directly for services, we offer transparent pricing without the complexities of insurance claims. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept various payment methods for your convenience.

Choosing private pay or out-of-network options offers additional flexibility and confidentiality, as your treatment details are not shared with insurance companies. This allows us to focus solely on providing you with personalized care tailored to your needs.

Follow-Up Re-Evaluations / Medication Management: $150

Medical Records Preparation (Paper Copy): $35 flat fee
Emotional Support Animal Letter / Academic or Work Accommodations Letters:
$50 flat fee
FMLA/Disability Forms / Paperwork: $50 to $100 for each submission
Service Animal Letter of Recommendation Letter: $75
Emotional Support Animal Certification Letter: $100
Same-Day Appointment Cancellation/No-Show Fee: $50
Refill Fee Between Appointments (2-weeks supply): $50
Special Accommodation Forms (ex. school/work): $50
Administrative Fee for Completion of Forms/Paperwork: $100
